MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Agricultural Diploma / Degree highly advantageous
- Minimum of 4 years dairy herd management
- Minimum of 4 years pasture management experience
- Proven ability to AI essential
- Computer literacy essential
- Alpro, DIMSA and 4th Quadrant advantageous
- Ability to speak Zulu/Xhosa is essential
- Excellent communication and motivational skills
- Strong admin and record keeping skills
