Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience in a luxury lodge or five-star hospitality environment
- A genuine passion for guest service and creating unforgettable experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Computer literacy and experience with hospitality management systems.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Rooms Division Experience
- Practical with some experience in maintenance
- Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude.
- A willingness to live and work in a remote bush environment.One partner should have experience in:
- Lodge Operations
- Guest Relations
- Front Office
- Food & Beverage
- Housekeeping
- Staff Management
- Administration and Reporting
The second partner should have experience in one or more of the following:- Safari Guiding (FGASA qualification advantageous)
- Hospitality Operations
- Food & Beverage
- Maintenance
- Guest Activities
- General Lodge Management
