- Attend training, follow regulations, adapt to changes, and inform superiors accordingly.
- Ensure guest satisfaction, maintain food quality, and report complaints promptly.
- Support sustainability initiatives and promote energy-saving practices.
- Minimize wastage, control breakages, and determine required commodities with Chef de Partie.
- Prepare mise-en-place, follow recipes, maintain cleanliness, and organize buffet presentation.
- Ensure proper storage, portion control, SOP compliance, and adherence to safety standards.
