We are currently recruiting a Cook to join our kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare
all mis-en-place for all relevant menus
- Prepare
and cook food items according to recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensure
food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards.
- Maintain
cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage
areas.
- Follow
food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Store
food properly and minimize waste.
- Assist
with menu planning and daily food preparation schedules.
- Operate
kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Work
collaboratively with kitchen staff
- Ensure
timely preparation of meals during busy service periods.
