What you’ll be doing
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure high service standards are maintained across the site
- Manage housekeeping staff, rosters, attendance, leave, and overall team performance
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure all areas meet cleanliness and presentation standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring service delivery aligns with client expectations
- Resolve housekeeping-related queries and complaints efficiently and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures, hygiene standards, and company policies
- Monitor stock levels, housekeeping supplies, and operational requirements
- Assist with staff training, onboarding, and ongoing performance management
- Ensure accurate reporting, timesheet management, and administrative duties are completed timeously
- Drive operational efficiency and maintain a professional working environment at all times
What you’ll need- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a housekeeping, hospitality, cleaning, or supervisory management role
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Experience managing housekeeping teams within hospitality, hotels, or facilities environments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Good understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Professional, well-presented, and client-service driven
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills are essential
- Computer literacy and strong administrative skills
- A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are not required for this role
