About the Content Creator & Manager Role As the Content Creator & Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive digital content strategy. Your work will span social media channels, video production, photography, website content, and other communication platforms to enhance our church’s online presence and outreach.
Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and implement digital content strategies across social media, video, and web platforms. Create engaging short-form video content and compelling visual storytelling.
Coordinate photography and video production to support church events and messaging. Utilize social media scheduling and analytics tools to optimize content performance.
Maintain brand consistency and strong visual communication standards. Support livestreaming and audio-for-video initiatives where applicable.
Qualifications and Experience Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, social media management, communications, graphic design, and video editing. Strong understanding of current social media platforms and digital trends.
Proficiency with content creation tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Suite. Experience producing short-form video content.
Basic knowledge of graphic design principles. Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics software.
Excellent organizational and project management skills. Passion for storytelling and effectively communicating the church’s message through digital channels.
