Conflict Resolution Consultant

• Advise on mediation, negotiation, and arbitration methodologies.
• Guide workplace dispute resolution and grievance handling.
• Recommend restorative justice and reconciliation processes.
• Assess organizational conflict climate and suggest preventive measures.

Experience needed
