Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day administration of compliance processes
• Maintain accurate records, registers, and supporting documentation
• Monitor deadlines and ensure required submissions are completed on time
• Assist with internal compliance checks, audits, and reviews
• Follow established policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a legal or compliance environment
• Strong understanding of compliance in a regulated industry
• Proven ability to work accurately within strict frameworks and procedures
• High attention to detail and strong administrative ability
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Confident using Microsoft Office and administrative systems

Education

• Relevant legal, compliance, risk, or business administration qualification preferred

• Structured, dependable, discreet, and methodical. You should be comfortable working independently, managing sensitive information, and maintaining consistently high standards.
  

Salary

• The proposed salary for the role is R20k - R22k per month - the offer is marginally negotiable based on qualifications, experience and skills.
