Available Positions:

• Civil Engineer & Surveying Engineer Civil Engineer – Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise on-site construction activities ensuring strict adherence to engineering plans and specifications.
• Prepare, review, and validate engineering designs, technical plans, and project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve construction or design-related challenges promptly.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between subcontractors and clients.
• Maintain quality control, ensure cost-efficiency, and uphold safety standards across all project sites.
• Compile comprehensive project reports, budgets, and progress updates for stakeholders.
• Civil Engineer – Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of practical experience in construction, preferably within real estate development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
• Possession of a valid driving licence is advantageous.
• Surveying Engineer – Key Responsibilities Perform topographical, engineering, and construction surveys with precision and accuracy.
• Carry out setting out tasks for road construction and related civil engineering projects.
• Operate GPS, Total Station, and other advanced surveying equipment effectively.
• Process survey data meticulously and prepare detailed reports for project use.
• Ensure consistent survey accuracy throughout project execution phases.
• Surveying Engineer – Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in road or civil construction surveying.
• Familiarity with survey software; proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D is an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience with GPS, Total Station, and levelling instruments.
• Valid driving licence is preferred.
