Twenty-Thirty View Lodge is seeking a talented, passionate, and experienced Chef to join our hospitality team.

Location: Twenty-Thirty View Lodge, Barlastone Park, Lusaka
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality meals in accordance with lodge standards.
- Plan menus and develop new dishes to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Ensure food is prepared safely and hygienically at all times.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen assistants where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Production, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Chef in a hotel, lodge, restaurant, or similar establishment.
- Knowledge of local and international cuisine.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
