The Car Representative is responsible for representing the company's car rental services, assisting customers throughout the rental process, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role includes handling vehicle deliveries and collections, explaining rental procedures, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting daily operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with vehicle rental inquiries and bookings.
• Explain rental packages, terms, and conditions
• Deliver and collect vehicles from customers at designated locations.
• Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals, documenting any damages or issues.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready for rental.
• Verify customer documentation, including driving licences and identification.
• Process rental agreements, payments, and related paperwork accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer concerns and requests.
• Coordinate with the operations team regarding vehicle availability and scheduling.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Manage cash handling and payment processing, ensuring accuracy and proper recording of transactions.
  
• Manage delivery and collection of documents.
