Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric (relevant retail or food management qualification advantageous)
- 3–5 years' experience managing a butchery or retail meat outlet
- Strong knowledge of meat cuts, butchery processes, and product handling
- Experience with stock control, purchasing, and supplier management
- Sound understanding of retail operations, financial controls, and cost management
- Proven leadership and staff management experience
- Strong organisational, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP or similar advantageous)
