Job summary
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Strategy

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Create and maintain a strong sales pipeline to support revenue targets.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and prospecting activities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that add value.

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements.
  • Achieve or exceed sales and revenue targets.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and business development activities.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support

  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure successful client onboarding and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop customized solutions for clients.
  • Provide market feedback to support product and service development.

Reporting & Performance Management

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development performance, forecasts, and market opportunities.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
  • 3–7+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Experience in B2B sales and client relationship management preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
