Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new investors while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Mobilize investment funds in line with agreed monthly and annual targets.
• Market the company's investment products and financial solutions to prospective clients.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue and Assets Under Management AUM.
• Prepare and deliver investment proposals and presentations to clients.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure excellent client retention.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including KYC and AML/CFT guidelines.
• Prepare periodic business development and performance reports.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.

Qualification:

• Minimum of 3 years' business development experience within the financial services sector.
• Demonstrable experience in fund mobilization, investment marketing, or wealth management.
• Existing network of High-Net-Worth Individuals HNWIs, corporate organizations, and institutional investors is an added advantage.
