• System Operation: Operate and monitor the Brewhouse and Treatment System (BTS) to ensure consistent production.
• Process Monitoring: Control brewing parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure brewed products meet quality specifications.
• Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance of equipment.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate production logs and shift reports.
