Key Responsibilities

  • Identify & Develop: Discover new B2B sales opportunities to expand market reach.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients and partners.
  • Present & Negotiate: Pitch products/services to prospective clients and confidently negotiate contracts.
  • Target Driven: Meet and exceed assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Market Insights: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Data Tracking: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and excellent service delivery.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Proven track record in B2B or corporate sales.
  • Core Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attributes: Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Excel, Word, etc..
  • Networking: Strong relationship-building abilities within corporate environments.
