Managing the dealership switchboard and directing calls efficiently.
Assisting with customer enquiries and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Coordinating visitor arrivals and notifying the relevant departments.
Maintaining a neat, organised and welcoming reception and showroom area.
Providing administrative support to the sales and management teams.
Managing incoming and outgoing mail, courier bookings and general correspondence.
Assisting with filing, data capturing and other general office administration duties.
Ensuring customer refreshments and reception facilities are maintained.
Develop and implement effective sales plans to stay ahead of competitors to ensure increased market share and new vehicle sales and profitability (1st & 2nd Gross)
Build and maintain customer relationships by ensuring the highest level of customer care,
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' reception or front-of-house experience, preferably within a dealership or customer-facing environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-presented, professional and customer service orientated.
Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
Computer literate with Microsoft Office proficiency.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.
Grade 12 (Matric) essential.

Must be willing to work shopping centre trading hours:
Monday to Friday: 09h00 – 18h00
Saturday: 09h00 – 16h00 (rotational)
Sunday: 09h00 – 14h00 (rotational)
Automotive experience required
