Now Hiring Assistant Lodge Manager / Duty Manager | Luxury Safari Camp | Hoedspruit, Limpopo About the Opportunity Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and professional Assistant Lodge Manager / Duty Manager for a luxury safari camp in Hoedspruit. The successful candidate will support the Lodge Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high operational standards across the camp. Key Requirements • Previous experience in lodge or safari camp management, preferably within a luxury environment • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills • Proven ability to manage teams and maintain high service standards • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and on-call shifts as required Key Responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day operations during assigned shifts and manage staff across departments • Support the Lodge Manager in operational planning and execution • Supervise housekeeping, food & beverage, and front-of-house teams during duty periods • Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management • Act as the camp's point of contact in the Lodge Manager's absence Package • Salary: R15,000 – R20,000, negotiable depending on experience • Live-In position Please note that only candidates who meet the minimum requirements will be contacted.
