What You'll Be Doing:
✔ Assisting the Financial Controller with the day-to-day management of the finance function
✔ Leading, mentoring, and motivating a finance team to achieve excellence
✔ Ensuring accurate financial reporting and month-end processes
✔ Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
✔ Monitoring controls and driving process improvements
✔ Supporting business decision-making through meaningful financial insights
✔ Collaborating with various departments to ensure operational efficiency
What We're Looking For:
- Relevant Finance Degree
- 3–5 years' relevant finance experience
- Previous experience managing or supervising a team
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
- Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
- High levels of energy, initiative, and accountability
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Hospitality industry experience advantageous
