ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST / ARCHITECTURAL DRAUGHTSPERSON

Our office in Malmesbury is currently seeking the services of a dynamic and motivated Architectural Draughtsperson / Architectural Technologist.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITY.

• Prepare architectural drawing with software such as TurboCAD and/or AutoCAD for submition at local authorities 
• Prepare basic in 3D architectural elvations with Sketchup.
• Sound knowledge of SANS 10400 codes and building regulations.
• Complete SANS 10400 forms accurately and in full for municipal submissions.
• Submit building plans to local authorities mannually or via Collaborator.
• Communicate with clients and local authorities on a profesional level in Afrikaans and English.
