Required Experience
- 5+ years in solution architecture, technical consulting, or enterprise architecture.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Experience designing AI-powered business solutions.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of AI agents, RAG, and prompt engineering.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Experience delivering projects for European or international clients.
Technical Skills
- OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini
- Python, REST APIs
- Azure/AWS/GCP
- Vector Databases, RAG, MCP
- LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI
- Microsoft 365 integrations, CRM & ERP integrations.
Nice-to-Have
Management consulting experience, enterprise automation, GDPR & AI governance, enterprise software, additional European languages would be beneficial (German or Dutch preferred).
