Key Responsibilities:

• Support the maintenance and improvement of production voice and text agents.
• Execute and maintain regression test suites for agent releases.
• Assist with prompt updates, testing, and performance validation.
• Configure and support campaign-specific agent deployments.
• Monitor agent performance and help identify issues in production.
• Work with APIs, LLMs, and conversational AI tools under senior mentorship.
• Contribute to QA processes and continuous platform improvements.

Job Experience and skill required 

• Degree in Computer Science or similar 
• Demonstrable interest in AI through projects, coursework, hackathons or self learning 
• Eagerness to work on real-world AI systems used by customers every day 
• a GitHub profile or portfolio showcasing relevant projects is highly advantageous
