TechMarkit is seeking an Administrator to be responsible for managing invoicing, credit notes, modifications, and logistics coordination for online and corporate transactions. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate documentation, seamless communication with branches and customers, and the efficient handling of administrative processes related to sales, repairs, exchanges, and courier logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Invoicing
- Process all online invoicing for various branches
- Handle corporate invoicing for partners including Ticket Pro, Vault Group, ARTIS Group, and other corporate clients
- Manage Hyperli invoicing
- Ensure invoices are sent to the relevant branches and customers
- Ensure corporate clients receive copies of all applicable invoices
- Maintain and update the Virtual Tracker with accurate invoicing records
Credit Notes
- Process all online credit notes for various branches
- Handle online exchanges requiring credit note adjustments
- Process corporate credit notes for corporate clients
- Manage corporate exchange transactions and related documentation
Modifications
- Process repair modifications for customer units under warranty
- Handle repair modifications for store faulties, both in and out of warranty
- Ensure accurate documentation and communication regarding repair adjustments
Logistics
- Manage waybill and courier communication related to Zendesk customer queries
- Handle online trade-in queries and coordinate with the relevant store or warehouse regarding device destinations
- Coordinate online order return pickups for:
- Maintain clear communication regarding the location and movement of returned or repaired units

Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in administration or sales administration
- Experience working with invoicing systems, ticketing systems, or CRM platforms such as Zendesk
- Experience coordinating logistics or courier processes
