Job Overview:

The AFPL Specialist is responsible for supporting the efficient execution of the company's administrative, facility management, procurement, and logistics operations. The role ensures the timely coordination of procurement activities, inventory movement, facility maintenance, and administrative processes while maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting seamless day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration & Facilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day office administration to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient work environment. 
  • Monitor the condition of company facilities and promptly report maintenance or repair requirements. 
  • Coordinate with service providers for security, cleaning, utilities, and facility maintenance to ensure timely service delivery. 
  • Maintain records of company assets, office supplies, and facility-related documentation. 
  • Support compliance with workplace health, safety, and operational standards. 

Procurement

  • Process purchase requisitions and coordinate the procurement of products, packaging materials, office supplies, and other operational items.
  • Source quotations from approved vendors and support supplier evaluation to ensure quality, competitive pricing, and timely delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain purchase orders, vendor records, and procurement documentation.
  • Track purchase requests and follow up with suppliers to ensure deliveries meet agreed timelines and specifications.

Logistics & Supply Chain

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities to support retail, wholesale, and e-commerce operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support regular stock reconciliation to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Product teams to ensure products are available to meet customer demand.
  • Monitor logistics performance and escalate delivery or inventory issues for prompt resolution.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Support the Finance team by providing procurement documentation and assisting with vendor payment follow-ups.
  • Coordinate procurement and logistics activities to support product launches, promotions, and sales campaigns.
  • Ensure adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures SOPs across administration, procurement, and logistics activities.
  • Prepare periodic reports on procurement, inventory, logistics, and administrative activities as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics,  or related field.
  • 2–3 years' experience in administration, procurement, logistics, warehouse operations, or facilities management, preferably within the consumer electronics, retail, distribution, or FMCG industry.
  • Familiarity with procurement procedures, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
