Education:
- B.Com Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2–3 years’ relevant accounting experience (articles not essential)
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in accounting systems and MS Excel
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to a manufacturing environment will be advantageous, but not required
- Strong understanding of the full finance function
